KoruSynch is a SaaS platform developed by Korudaz Limited to automate supplier onboarding, validation and related workflow processes.
When used by authorised customer organisations, KoruSynch may process supplier contact information, company registration details, VAT registration numbers, banking information and related onboarding data solely for the purpose of validating, onboarding and maintaining supplier records.
Data is processed only on behalf of and under the instruction of authorised customer organisations and is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling or resale.
Security
Korudaz Limited takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and business information. These measures may include encrypted communications, secure cloud hosting, authentication controls, role-based access controls, audit logging, system monitoring and other security mechanisms appropriate to the nature of the service being provided.
Retention
